134 lb. hali at Kindakun
MV Salmon Seeker - July 6, 2007There was some improvement in the weather in Kano Inlet. We experienced moderate southerly winds which contained our fishing to Kano Inlet but this area proved again it is a prime fishing ground.
Legendary hali hunter Daryl Matson brought in a 134 lb. halibut off Kindakun Point and earned Masterfisherman status for the second time.
Steve Ahlfield continues to rack up the Chinook: today he brought home a 34 pounder.
