The good weather that we have enjoyed for the first three weeks of the season has finally deserted us but fortunately the fish don't seem to care! They are still here in size and quantity which is making this a memorable year. Trip 8 opened with guests fishing inside the Inlet where there was plenty of action including a 40lb. Chinook caught by Ben Wiebe!
Guests haven't spent much time targeting bottom fish, but as most are nearing their limit on salmon, bottom fishing will soon be on the program. If you still have a chance to be part of this great fishing season at Kano - don't pass it up!
