Fishing paradise!

MV Salmon Seeker - July 12, 2007

salmon fishing queen charlottesWhat a beautiful day! We've had some unbelievable weather with very pleasant light winds and calm seas.

This weather means guests and guides can go out and fish the more remote areas of the Queen Charlotte Islands. Theses spots are known for their great fishing and, sure enough, the results were very rewarding.

Top salmon was a 38 pounder caught by Norman Schomaker of Minnesota followed by two 32 pounders caught by Eunice Brees of Washington and Larry Wogahn of Iowa.

Kevin Wensley, Tony Adrian, Cidalia Wensley and Aussie Roderick Quinn all brought in hali over 70 lbs.

Here are some photos from guests on our last trip.
