Fuel run

Today was fuel run day at Kano and our guests were compelled to endure seven hours of some of the best fishing around while the Salmon Seeker went into Rennel Sound to re-supply. Three new Masterfishermen were the result with 121,115,and 105 pound halibut landed by Jim Nassichuk, Merv Evans and Jeff Larmore respectively. Although it didn’t earn him a hat, Gary Neimi brought home the season's largest Chinook – 39 pounds. Winds are forecast for tomorrow but our guests insist that we go on another fuel run!
