Guests Continue to Catch their Limits of Fish!

MV Salmon Seeker - June 15, 2011

On the third trip of the season, guests were treated to days of  spectacular fishing at the MV Salmon Seeker. With a little rain but mostly sunshine, limits of Chinook along with Coho, chum and halibut have been flooding onto our decks. Many Chinook are in the high 20 range with the largest so far being a 33lb. reeled in by John Seyda.  Guests will have no issue catching their limits this trip and many have taken to catch and release as they attempt to achieve Masterfisherman status by catching a Chinook over 50lbs.

With the abundance of large bait balls and needle fish in Kano Inlet, whales have been spotted catching in on the action.
