Queen Charlottes Fishing Update
MV Salmon Seeker - August 1, 2007There is a ridge of high pressure hanging in the area and it is continuing our streak of good weather. Listening to the forecast this morning the outlook was 4 knot winds from the east and the sea was less than three feet. According to our guests and guides it was flat calm.
Montana guest Carlo Boko nabbed the top salmon today, a 31 lb. Chinook.
Californian Kenneth Robertson brought home a huge 97 lb. halibut and Karen and Larry Sminons landed a spectacular 16 lb. Coho.
Nice work, one and all!
